Director of Marketing at AxonIQ

Overview
AxonIQ is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the execution of our US-focused growth strategy across inbound, outbound, and lifecycle channels. This role is critical as we expand our footprint in the United States, with a particular emphasis on building brand awareness and pipeline generation in key US markets.
You’ll be responsible for launching integrated campaigns that drive revenue, engage both technical and executive buyers, and translate our differentiated product value into demand. This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage SaaS environments, loves working across product, sales, and marketing, and can build a high-output engine that connects brand to pipeline.
You Will

Develop and execute US-focused growth marketing programs across content, campaigns, email, paid media, ABM, and social — all tied to clear revenue and funnel KPIs.

Use platforms like HubSpot and 6sense to identify high-intent US buyers, deliver personalized touchpoints, and optimize segmentation by persona, segment, and stage.

Translate our technical product story into campaigns, nurture programs, and events that resonate with CTOs, platform engineers, and developer stakeholders in the US market.

Track and report on funnel metrics like sourced pipeline, conversion rates, velocity, and segment coverage — with a clear view on what’s working and what to iterate.

Lead execution of integrated campaigns including product launches, regional field events, webinars, partner promotions, and thought leadership initiatives with a US-market lens.

Manage a small but growing team and agencies, prioritizing for impact and scale while maintaining a high bar on quality and consistency.

Grow AxonIQ’s brand and audience reach via LinkedIn, US-based content partnerships, influencer programs, and earned media — helping us show up where our US buyers are.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales (US-based focus), Product, and Customer Success to ensure messaging consistency, campaign alignment, and feedback loops.
Who You Are

A strategic and execution-focused B2B marketing leader with 10+ years in SaaS, ideally in backend, AI/ML, infrastructure, or developer tooling.

Proven track record driving US revenue-focused marketing results across the full funnel, including sourced pipeline and conversion improvements.

Experienced in ABM and lifecycle marketing, with deep familiarity using tools like HubSpot, 6sense, LinkedIn Ads, and project management systems.

Skilled in turning complex product capabilities into messaging and programs that resonate with both technical and executive US audiences.

Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional instincts, especially partnering with Sales and Product on GTM strategies.

Comfortable in scrappy, fast-paced, and growth-stage SaaS environments, with a bias for action and optimization.

Texas residence required (Austin preferred).

Experience in VC-backed B2B SaaS or post-acquisition growth environments.
