Axoniq Appoints Parke Benjamin as Vice President of Finance & Operations

Seasoned Finance and Operations Leader to Support Company’s Expansion Across AI-Driven Enterprise Markets
AUSTIN, TEXAS — [13.01.2026] — Axoniq, the backend platform powering explainable and auditable AI systems, today announced the appointment of Parke Benjamin as Vice President of Finance & Operations. In this role, Parke will lead the company’s financial strategy and operational scaling as Axoniq accelerates growth across the enterprise and regulated industries.
“Parke’s blend of financial leadership, operational maturity, and strategic execution will be instrumental as we expand our presence in the U.S. and global markets,” said Jessica Reeves, Chief Executive Officer of Axoniq. “His experience building resilient finance and operations functions at high-growth technology companies transitioning to the United States aligns perfectly with our mission to help enterprises adopt explainable AI with trust, compliance, and governance.”
Parke brings more than 12 years of experience partnering with founders, investors, and cross-functional teams to operationalize strategy, drive capital formation, and scale organizations. Prior to joining Axoniq, he served as Chief Operating Officer of The International Accelerator and Chief Financial Officer of IA Global Ventures, where he provided financial and operational leadership to a portfolio of more than 40 companies with a combined valuation exceeding $2 billion. During that time, he supported the raise of a $50 million venture fund and directly led over $16 million in capital raises across AI, health tech, deep tech, and quantum computing.
Earlier in his career, Parke was Operational CFO at MD Cress Ventures, a private equity firm focused on healthcare technologies and services. There, he managed more than $40 million in assets under management and supported value creation through disciplined investment oversight, M&A facilitation, and platform integrations.
“Axoniq stands at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise reality,” said Parke. “I’m excited to join a team that’s solving one of the most critical challenges for modern organizations - enabling fast, auditable, and trustworthy AI adoption. Together, we’ll strengthen our financial and operational foundation to ensure sustainable growth as demand for enterprise-ready AI infrastructure accelerates.”
Parke’s appointment comes at a time of heightened enterprise interest in Axoniq’s event-sourcing platform, which delivers native explainability, comprehensive audit trails, and operational governance for AI and mission-critical systems. His addition is part of Axoniq’s broader investment in top leadership during this pivotal growth phase, which also includes the recent appointments of a Chief Growth Officer and a Vice President of Global Sales. Nisha Bagepalli, a proven growth executive with a track record of revenue acceleration and successful exits, now serves as Chief Growth Officer overseeing go-to-market and product strategy. MaryAnn O’Brien, formerly of Confluent and a sales leader with more than 20 years of experience, has joined as Vice President of Global Sales to lead the company’s expanding sales and solutions architect teams.
