With 15 years of experience in event-driven architectures and 5+ years with AxonIQ technologies, Ben brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He's passionate about systems that utilize events to capture business value. Outside of work, Ben resides in Minneapolis, where he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Bruce Hopkins
Bruce has over 30 years of experience working with the Java language, and has been an Oracle Java Champion for over 15 years. He is the author of the book, “ChatGPT for Java”, by Apress Publishers, where he shows developers how to build intelligent applications with the Java language. He works for the Developer Relations team at AxonIQ.

Corrado Musumeci
Software Engineer. Corrado is driven by curiosity and his love of learning. His personal skills are focused on the Backend technology, but his curiosity pushes him to get his hands dirty with DevOps and frontend stacks as well. Frank Scheffler is Senior Solution Architect and co-founder of Digital Frontiers. He has many years of experience as a consultant and coach in the areas of microservices, software quality and agile transformation. His current focus is on CQRS/ES based architectures with Axon. Frans was an evangelist at AxonIQ. He worked with existing and prospective Axon Framework users, specifically looking at how AxonIQ's products and services can help them be successful. Also, he told the world about Axon by speaking at conferences, running webinars, writing blogs, etc. Before joining AxonIQ, Frans was a presales architect representing Fortify, the world's leading application security testing portfolio, having worked as both a Java architect and security consultant before that.

Solution Engineer and Developer Advocate. With more than 12 years of experience in IT, starting as a Java Software Developer in a Belgian financial institution, Frédéric was quickly seduced by distributed architectures. He specialized in DDD using CQRS and Event Sourcing. Using these principles to create a new e-payment system using AxonIQ solutions.
Greg Woods
Greg is a Software Engineer specializing in developing Event Sourced Microservices systems. Prior to joining AxonIQ he researched Safety-Critical Software before moving to the UK Civil Service where he worked on EU wide systems and his passion for Event Sourcing was established. Equally concerned about deployment of applications as well as writing them, Greg has end to end experience delivering software that maximizes the advantages of cloud infrastructure.

Gerard Klijs
Software Engineer. With over 10 years of experience as a backend engineer, Gerard Klijs is a contributor to several GraphQL libraries, and also the creator and maintainer of a Rust library to use Confluent Schema Registry. He has an interest in event sourcing and CQRS and likes sharing knowledge via blogs, talks, and demo projects.

Partner Manager. Henk has more than 30 years of experience in IT. He started as a developer, but also worked in management roles where he often was a bridge between IT and business. Since 2012 Henk has been exclusively involved in projects that were using an event-driven approach.
